Puppy Meet Up Class!

Our best advice for your new puppy is to [safely] expose them to EVERYTHING! In our 8 week puppy class, we will help your puppy get in some safe socialization time and learn about important topics for puppies such as: dog socialization, communication best practices, importance of play, and an introduction to off leash! During the course we can also spend time talking about questions or topics that are important to you. We want to help you and your pack be successful through the important stage of puppy hood!

 Sample schedule:

Our course meets Saturday mornings at 9:30am - 10:30am at The Ranch ! Your instructor will be Paige or Kristin!

• Week 1:

  • Socialize with new friends and learn about each others personalities. Depending on who we have in class, we may break into sub groups based on age, personality, and size! Everyone is welcome here !

  • Special topic: We will review the course curriculum and collect your donation for the 8 week course.

• Week 2:

  • Socialize with friends

  • Special topic: learn about communication best practices

• Week 3:

  • Socialize with friends - work on slow intros and meet new friends if available

  • Special topic: learn about the importance of play

• Week 4:

  • Socialize with friends - work on slow intros and meet new friends if available

  • Special topic: Questions and answers

• Week 5:

  • Socialize with friends - work on slow intros and meet new friends if available

  • Special topic: intro to off leash

• Week 6:

  • Socialize with friends - work on slow intros and meet new friends if available

  • Special topic: Questions and answers

 Requirements

Age: under 10 months of age because this is a puppy meet up!

Vaccines: Up to date vaccines for Rabies, DHPP, and Boardatella

Medical: No present or recent health issues , illnesses, or exposures

Behavior: No major behavioral issues, this would exceed the focus of the class. We’d love to help in a private bootcamp!

 Course cost

Class cost is $45 per visit

All funds collected are a donation to the rescue to help other puppies in need
