For dogs who reside in New Hampshire
$200 Surrender Fee
For dogs coming to SCRR from New Hampshire residents we require dogs are healthy and free of transmittable illnesses. We prioritize helping local owners with dogs who have behavioral issues, however as of 1\1\24 unfortunately we are not able to accept dogs with behavioral issues because we have too many behavior cases who are not getting adopted. We are SO TRULY SORRY. We hope to reopen this offering as soon as possible. Right now, we are only accepting local dogs without behavioral issues meaning they must be good with dogs and people.
In order to take your dog(s) we need to review vet records that provide proof of:
• Up to date current rabies (1 year or 3 year)
• Up to date current DHPP (1 year or 3 year, and given 7+ days prior to acceptance)
• Proof of a negative 4DX (last year)
• Proof of a exam (last year)
